HISTORY OF THE FIRM:

Don Pearn opened a legal practice in Bentleigh in 1947 and a partnership was formed in 1966 with Tony Cook. The firm, Pearn & Cook then endured for over fifty years until the firm merged with Morley Naughton in 1998 to become Morley Naughton Pearn & Cook.

Bill Morley opened a legal practice in 1971 in East Bentleigh and moved the firm to Bentleigh in 1991. W. J. Morley was acquired by Tony Naughton in 1996 and became Morley Naughton.

Ross Delahunty also operated as a sole practitioner for many years in Bentleigh and then later in Carnegie as Legal Rite and his firm joined in 2012.

Bill Morley, Tony Cook and Ross Delahunty continued to work as consultants for several years before retiring and Tony Naughton has been the principal since 1996.
